This project serves as a community symbol with a strong neighborhood use component including a gymnasium and an auditorium. An active steering committee has been engaged in the process including many stakeholders. Small teaching teams form the basis for the learning program, and the building responds with areas for small groups – along with traditional class rooms and larger, informal, learning forums.
