This guide was assembled with the best information available to us, both from the Internet, from existing school district plans and from personal experience. However, we know this is not complete, and we know that in order to best address the changing needs of our school districts, we must continue to update this guide periodically. We will strive to continue to do so.
One of the best ways to get that goal accomplished is to solicit comments from site users. This will allow the guide to become truly useful by addressing different types of emergencies. In addition, although most of the information here applies to any country, it was based on information available in the United States. We hope to continue to update this to make it a more international document.
