How can I obtain the CEFP?
Earning and maintaining the CEFP is a three-part process. Candidates must first meet eligibility requirements and submit an application. The next step is to sit for, and pass the CEFP exam. Once a candidate has earned the credential they must maintain it by fulfilling certification renewal requirements every three years, as well as maintain minimum continuing education units each year. If you currently hold the designation of REFP (Recognized Educational Facility Planner), you are automatically eligible to sit for an abbreviated CEFP exam upon completing the application process.

What are the fees?
There will be a schedule of fees to apply for the program as well as a recertification and maintenance fee payable each year.
