The James D. MacConnell award submittal package is entirely electronic for 2008. All projects must have been completed after January 1st 2004. Following your completion of the entry application form, please complete the following submittal package information and save to a CD or zip disk. Your disk should contain:

3. Project Timeline Form. Click here to download form; save completed form to your disk.
4. Confidential Data Sheet. Click here to download form; save completed form to your disk.
5. Project Budget. Please provide document(s) showing project budget, as well as verification that project was completed within the limits of approved budget. Save to disk.
6. Photos. See Electronic Submission Guide. Select up to ten photos per project. Please include interior and exterior photos. If your project is a renovation, please include before and after photos. Save as tiff or jpeg files to disk. Firm name may not appear on photos.
7. Site Plans/Floor Plans: See Electronic Submission Guide. - Save as tiff or jpeg files to disk. Firm name may not appear on site plans/floor plans.
8. Educational Specifications or Program of Requirements document, including a short summary of state/provincial guidelines. Save to disk.
9. Photo Release Form - An original signed copy must be submitted to allow us to reprint photos in the annual Design Portfolio, on the CEFPI web site, or to be used in future marketing pieces. One release per project.
